Backroom Storage & Handling

  • Yellow flesh fruit will arrive with lower pressures (riper) than you may be used to. White flesh fruit will arrive firm.
  • Keep all fruit refrigerated under 38ºF (3ºC) until ready to display.
  • Store as you would apple, strawberries or packaged salads.
  • Assure proper rotation. The first fruit received should be the first fruit to the shelf.
  • Always handle with a little extra care to avoid bruising.
